Faithfulness

When I face challenges of any kind or feel anxiety coming, I find myself now immediately saying, “I trust you, Lord”. 

That trust is fortified greatly by remembering God’s faithfulness throughout my life, and the sharing of God’s faithfulness from others which I hear constantly.

I thank You Lord…I praise You Lord…I trust You Lord…Thy will be done…You are with me…You are for me…You will not fail me…You are my strength.

So thankful for the constant reminders and examples of His faithfulness.

“Faithfulness“

In my distress, my toughest times,
I seek and find Your light that shines,
It leads me to Your hope-filled way,
I trust in You and all You say.

Though it does hurt, I’m not consumed,
Though there is loss, I am not doomed,
Though it is hard, I trust Your might,
Though it is dark, I see Your light.

In faith I know You will be there,
In the middle of my despair,
Your compassion will never fail,
With You with me I will prevail.

I’m anchored on Your promises,
Remembering Your faithfulness,
My heart and hands I lift to You,
It’s through Your love I am made new.
