Safe Harbor

God is our guide. He’s our light. He’s our safe harbor. In Him we find the security that can be so desperately needed in the chaos and threats of this world.

So thankful for the peace that comes in the safety of our never-changing God.

All He asks of us…trust, release, and receive!

“Safe Harbor”

When doubts are raging, spreading lies,
As night creeps in and storms arise,
It’s then I know I’m not alone,
His light will lead me safely home.

And in His harbor, I find peace,
My fears and doubts have been released;
His light is shining from above
And there I feel His steadfast love.

In His safety, my heart grows strong,
I fully sense how I belong;
I head back out, though still fierce gale,
With Him with me I will prevail.

I trust God’s presence with me here,
Because of that, I will not fear;
“Step forth with faith”, I hear Him say,
“I’m your safe harbor, come what may.”
