Your Love and Faithfulness

I see my life and my situation in so many of the Psalms.

And the recurring theme for me is God’s love and faithfulness…always there…providing the desperately needed foundation to hang onto…inspiring the hope and trust to power through all that’s happening in life…giving the assurance of God’s promises and presence so we know we’re not alone in our situation.

“Your Love and Faithfulness”

In my challenge, in my pain,
In my burdens, in my grief,
In my struggles, in my doubts,
It’s in You, Lord, I believe.

In my triumphs, in my joy,
In my stillness, in my peace,
In my dreaming, in my hopes,
It’s through You, Lord, I have these.

As I look back through the years,
It’s Your faithfulness I see,
In each moment of my life,
Your loving arms were holding me.
